Bethel School District is seeking to build its pool of appropriately licensed teacher candidates for its Night School program serving Willamette and Kalapuya High School students. Temporary positions consist of teaching two to four classes, Monday thru Thursday, offered from 4:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Classes are held at Kalapuya High School or Willamette High School.
Candidates for this position must be:
- Highly motivated and experienced educator
- Willing to participate in creative curriculum development that is performance based
- Able to exhibit a natural curiosity and passion with intent to generate student interest and motivation
- Able to become a willing and active participant in team decision-making and analysis
- Flexible in scope pertaining to subjects and hours taught
- Comfortable in an individualized or small group teaching environment
- Able to communicate openly and honestly with others at all times, and practice knowledge of facilitated learning techniques to guide education

- Algebra
- Social Studies
- Science
- HS Math (Algebra, Geometry)
Compensation: $28.28 per hour
