Educators must be fully and appropriately licensed by Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC) to be eligible for this incentive. Restricted license holders will not be eligible. The hiring incentive applies to individuals newly employed by the district. This incentive will be prorated based on the employee’s hire date.

 

Bethel School District is seeking appropriately licensed candidates for a 1.0 FTE Middle School Resource Room Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. Location to be determined.

 

Candidates who are licensed or will have the ability to be licensed by Oregon Teacher Standards and Practices Commission by the start of the 2026-2027 school year are encouraged to apply.

Salary Range: $50,285 to $ 101,477 (depending on experience, and education)

Contract Days: 192
